Frankie and Benny's is a solid choice! The food is fantastic, and the service is on point with friendly staff. The interior is well-decorated, creating a lovely vibe. I’d totally suggest checking out this spot in Greenbridge Retail Park.

We were told we needed to use the app to place our order, which we did. Then, we saw seven other tables get their meals before us. After waiting 40 minutes, I inquired at the kitchen and was informed that the delay was due to using the app.

Kudos to the Crew in Taplow! What a friendly group of folks. The grub was fantastic!!!! The staff were super attentive, checking if the food was tasty and if we required anything else with our meal. The dishes came out quick, hot, and fresh. We had a blast and the vibe was just lovely. You can really see they all love their jobs. :-)

Had a fantastic experience at the Colchester location. Just walked in and got seated right away, even with it being Mothering Sunday. The food was top-notch, beautifully presented, and served hot. The service was superb; the staff were amazing, super quick, and really helpful. Big thanks to everyone!

Hey there, I swung by the O2 Arena a few days back, and before the show, I thought I'd grab a bite at TGI Fridays, only to discover they were strictly doing reservations. The next closest option was Frankie & Benny's. I gotta say, I was a bit unsure if I made the right choice, and sadly, my instincts were spot on! Upon walking in, I noticed the place was pretty empty. The staff seated me at a table for two, which I wasn't thrilled about, but they were hesitant to give me one of the many vacant four-seaters, even though the restaurant was practically deserted. I ended up at a two-person table right next to where the staff were busy tallying up bills, so it was a bit chaotic. Not my favorite spot, but I went with it. I got handed a menu, but before I knew it, they were asking for my order. I told the waiter I needed a bit more time, but I went ahead and ordered a large beer and a big glass of Merlot. Once again, they rushed me to place my order, then left me to my own devices. I called over and finally ordered a Hunter's Chicken with the usual sides, and it arrived fairly quickly. Looking at it, it seemed alright, though there were way fewer chips than I expected. When I started digging in, I realized that everything on the plate was lukewarm at best. I flagged down a waiter, and he took my meal back, but soon returned with a replacement. Since it was so fast, I asked, 'Has this been microwaved?' and he assured me it hadn't. I tried the chips first, and they were just as disappointing as the first batch! But since I was starving, I just shrugged it off and kept eating. I then ordered a side of garlic and cheese ciabatta. When it arrived, I was shocked. It was about the size of a small pizza, with cheese in the center that vanished as you got closer to the edge, and the bread was barely thicker than a potato crisp! What a total rip-off, and it set me back £3.90! So, aside from the overpriced Italian Merlot and the lager beer that tasted decent, this was a really awful experience, and I can confidently say I won't be stepping foot in an F&B again. All in all, it was a pretty dismal outing. What a bummer I couldn't get into TGI Fridays!

We went to Frankie and Benny’s at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Park on 25/02/2022, bringing along our two teenage boys. We chose F&Bs because of their usually great lunchtime menu. Upon entering, the vibe was off; there was no music and no one at the front desk. After about five minutes, a staff member finally showed up, but I wouldn’t say we were greeted. She just stood there staring at me. I requested a table for three, and we were led to one. Each of us got a menu, but it wasn’t the lunchtime one. Then, out of the blue, another staff member leaned over, snatched one of our menus, and said, 'Can I just borrow this for this table? I’ll return it shortly.' I was taken aback, not just by the rudeness but also by the lack of concern for Covid safety. To top it off, the hand sanitiser at the entrance was empty, and the one at the desk was too. I felt like this place was really lacking in hygiene and customer care. We ordered drinks, asking for three refillable Diet Cokes, which the lunch menu says are free refills for £3.00. I asked the staff for a lunch menu, and she had a hard time finding one. After a bit, I offered to use my phone to help her out. We ordered two courses: garlic bread, two chicken strips, a Cajun Chicken Wrap, a Pepperoni Pizza, and Spaghetti Bolognese. The starters were decent and good value. When the mains came, the pizza and wrap were okay, but my Spaghetti Bolognese was a letdown. There was enough pasta, but the sauce was nearly non-existent; it looked like the chef had barely used a spoonful. Once mixed, the pasta hardly changed color, and there was barely any meat in it. The staff seemed busy, and we waited a while for more soft drinks, making the whole experience regrettable. The restaurant felt worn out, lacking the lively atmosphere we’ve enjoyed at other Frankie and Benny’s locations. When the bill arrived, the staff member handed my son a feedback tablet and said, 'Fill this out, love, we’re aiming for 5 stars.' We filled it out honestly. The final straw was the bill; we were charged £3.40 for large soft drinks instead of the £3.00 for regular. When I questioned it, the staff member brushed it off, saying, 'Oh yeah, it’s just 40p difference.' I pointed out that the bill didn’t match my order, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Sadly, this visit might be the last for us at a Frankie and Benny’s, a place we’ve loved for over 20 years.

Dropped by Tamworth B79 7PP on January 21, 2022, around 8-9pm. The crew was super friendly and welcoming, and the place was tidy with comfy bench seats. The vibe was nice and the menu looked good, but the food? Not so much. The salmon risotto had overcooked salmon, broccoli that was tough and stringy, and the rice was hard—didn’t even resemble a proper risotto. The meat pizza was doughy and undercooked. The sharing bread was also not baked enough and later gave my wife some indigestion. We brought it up politely, but instead of taking our feedback to heart, they just gave us a discount for NHS workers on one main dish—felt a bit dishonest, if you ask me. It wasn’t exactly cheap, and the next evening we found a better spot. The ice cream was great, but the food left a lot to be desired.

A massive thank you to Monica for making my friend's birthday night so enjoyable yesterday! You're absolutely wonderful! If our group of gals had loads of cash, we would’ve surely given a generous tip! Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas.. we’ll return soon! xx

Checked out the Trowbridge location. As a regular shopper, I've never faced any issues. I was attended to by Ivelina, who is consistently super professional. Awesome service and delicious food. I'll definitely be back!! Much appreciated!

We visited this afternoon with our two little ones, and the food was delightful. The portions were generous, and the kids' meals were particularly a good deal. However, what really made our trip special was the service from Stephanie. She was fantastic, super with the kids, and really made the whole experience stand out! We’ll surely return!

We really dig this spot! It's got a fantastic location, especially if you're heading out for a movie night. There's decent parking, just avoid Cineworld's cheap Tuesday, and we’ve never had to wait too long for a table. It can get pretty packed, but there’s plenty of space and seating. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food is absolutely amazing. Seriously, it’s incredibly delicious, especially the folded pizzas, and it’s not too pricey either. I’d totally recommend this place to everyone!

We actually like this area! Exceptional location, specially if you are on a night time out to the cinema. Adequate parking, as long as you do not move on cineworld's cheap tuesday, and we've got in no way needed to wait too long for a desk. It may get very busy in there, however there is lots of area and tables. The personnel are very friendly and useful, and the food is out of this world. It genuinely may be very tasty, particularly the folded pizzas, and it is now not too expensive either. I would propose this to all and sundry!
